“Tahoe Home Watch “

Lakeside is now offering an added service that we have called “Tahoe Home Watch” - The goal of this service is to help provide peace of mind with respect to your 2nd home here in Tahoe, as well as helping to ensure that minor problems don’t turn into major ones...

 

On a regular scheduled basis we will conduct an inspection of the exterior and interior areas of your home and property. Our basic service consists of a bi-monthly home monitoring. We will of course look for any problems or anything "out of the norm" and if discovered, we will take any necessary emergency actions and contact you immediately. If it is a matter that appears to involve a crime, we will alert local authorities and report our findings to them.

 

Following each visit, a Summary report and digital images (when applicable) will be sent to your email address.

Hourly Services:
Additionally, there are a variety of services that Lakeside will provide that can be contracted at an hourly rate, just ask. We will undertake any reasonable task to make your Lake Tahoe home (or cabin…) more pleasant and comfortable!

Our Hanyman Services Include:
